Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.

I'm Liz, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Grief Professional and owner of Whole Wellness Counseling.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University.
With specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, along with experience in treating depression, anxiety, and grief, I focus on supporting women who are pregnant, postpartum, or navigating the challenges of parenting young children. I also work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, or the deep pain of loss.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and gently challenging. I believe that meaningful, lasting change happens through a balance of insight and action. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be holding you back and work toward sustainable shifts that enhance your overall well-being. You deserve a safe, supportive space where healing can happen, and I’ll be there with you every step of the way — offering warmth, respect, and evidence-based care in an accessible, grounded way.
I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, Grief Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Wellness Coaching.
Taking a holistic approach, I understand the deep connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and overall well-being. Through mindfulness-based techniques and thoughtful exploration, you’ll gain greater clarity and self-awareness. My goal is to help you feel empowered, resilient, and aligned with your values, no matter where you are in your journey.
